You can return any purchased items, as long as they are unused and unopened, by contacting us within 7 days of receiving the item.

*We do not accept exchanges after purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item you purchased and place a new order.

  • Returns due to customer convenience
  • Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
  • Products that have been damaged or broken due to use outside of their intended purpose
  • Products whose boxes etc. are damaged, lost or discarded after delivery
  • Products that have been transferred or resold by a third party who purchased the product
