1. New member registration and login
The skew Members Program is a membership program that offers coupons and campaigns to those who purchase from the official skew store. The skew Members Program is only available to members.
You can register as a new member and log in through the online store. If you have more than one membership with a different email address, your purchase amounts cannot be combined for any reason. Purchases made as a guest user without logging in to your account will also not be reflected. Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will no longer be eligible for the Skew Members Program and your purchase history and membership rank will not be restored.
2. Membership Benefits and Ranks
Your membership rank will automatically change depending on your annual purchase amount. "Regular," "Silver," "Gold," and "Platinum." As your membership rank increases, your services and benefits will be upgraded. Points can be used for shopping at the official skew online store and skew Shibuya. *Purchase amounts include tax. Details of the calculation are listed in 3. Updating your membership rank below.

*If you would like to view your current membership rank and available points, please log in to your My Page .
*The points redeemed for purchases are valid for 365 days. Please note that points will automatically expire after the expiration date.
*For purchases made between January 1, 2025 and April 2, 2025, a flat 1% rebate will be awarded regardless of membership rank or place of purchase. Please note that points awarded for purchases made during this period will expire on March 31, 2026.
3. Membership rank renewal
Your membership rank will be updated according to your annual purchase amount. You can check your current rank at the registered "Skew Official Online Store" You can check this by logging in to your My Page .
When you register as a new member, you will start off as a "Regular" member.
When this service begins, customers who have already registered as members will start as "Regular" members. Your membership rank will be reflected on the day you reach the purchase amount for that rank.
The purchase amount that determines your membership rank will be reflected as follows:
・For purchases made through the online store, the product will be shipped on the same day.
・For purchases at stores/pop-up events, the item will be redeemed on the same day it is purchased.
The annual purchase amount is calculated as follows:
・Order amount on the official Skew online store
・Amount of purchases made when presenting a membership barcode at a store/pop-up event
*Shipping fees, various fees, and coupon usage amounts are excluded.
・Consumption tax is included in the purchase price
・If there is a return or refund, the total amount will be deducted.
4. Update date
The update will be reflected immediately when the assessed amount reaches the next rank threshold. The rank is updated based on the purchase amount for the past year (365 days).
*Please note that for the first year only, your rank will be set based on your purchase amounts from January 1, 2025 onwards. After December 31, 2025, your rank will be updated based on your purchase amounts for the most recent year (365 days).
