What is Hemp?
Hemp is a plant of the Cannabis sativa species, the same as marijuana, and is a name for cannabis. The difference between hemp and marijuana is that it contains less than 0.3% of the psychoactive THC. Hemp is called industrial hemp and is used for a wide range of purposes, including food, medical use, textile products, building materials, and plastic materials. CBD products distributed in Japan basically use CBD extracted from hemp.
